    Plain-language summary: Allot is personal budgeting software. Your data never leaves your browser. A Premium licence lets you use the full app on up to 2 devices. Don't share your key or reverse engineer the software.
  

1. Who we are

Allot is developed and operated by Aditco Consulting ("we", "us", "our"). By using Allot at allot.aditco.in or purchasing a Premium licence, you agree to these Terms.

2. The app and your data

Allot runs entirely in your browser. All financial data you enter is stored locally in your browser's IndexedDB storage. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your financial data.

The only data we process is the minimum required for licence activation: your licence key and a device identifier used to enforce the 2-device limit. This is processed by our Cloudflare Worker and is not shared with third parties.

3. Free tier

Allot is free to use with one account and the current month's budget. No purchase is required to use the free tier. We may change what is included in the free tier with reasonable notice.

4. Premium licence

Purchasing Allot Premium grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the full application on up to two (2) browsers or devices. Your licence key is tied to your purchase and may not be:

shared with other people
sold, gifted, or transferred
used on more than 2 devices simultaneously

Keys that are shared or abused may be revoked without refund.

5. Refund policy

We offer a 7-day no-questions refund on all Premium purchases. Email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your order number and we will process a full refund. After 7 days, purchases are final.

6. Intellectual property

Allot, including its source code, design, copy, and all associated assets, is the exclusive property of Aditco Consulting and is protected by copyright law. You may not:

copy, modify, or distribute the software or any part of it
reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
create derivative works based on Allot
remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

7. Disclaimers

Allot is a personal budgeting tool and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not financial advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of calculations or the suitability of the app for any particular purpose.

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data caused by browser storage clearing, device failure, or any other cause outside our control. We strongly recommend using the export and backup features regularly.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or by email (if you have contacted us previously). Continued use of Allot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
